Being able to service directly final clients allows these to skip a retail step, therefore being more competitive in cost, in inventory management and owing your final clientele.

Being close to final clients; being able to set up a technology warehouse management system (WMS), and use your own generated data allows you to apply business intelligence to predict demand and react faster than any other competitor that has not updated their logistic platform.

Alto Hatillo Luxury Housing

Altriun is developing a residential urbanism in a 50-hectare lot of land uniquely located in the south east of Caracas, overlooking the city, cooler climate and close to the commercial area of Caracas. This urbanism can fit up to only 100 luxury houses in parcels of different sizes but all of them larger in size than other urbanisms developed in Caracas in the past.

The first phase Development started in October 2024 and is expected to be finished by January 2027.

Residences for Senior citizens have not been developed systematically. Elder people usually lives with their sons and family. Nevertheless there is a need for residences designed for elders with facilities and amenities specially catered to them.

Altriun Capital has designed and owns the land ideal for these residencies. The project is conceived to be of rental to clients and to be developed in phases.
