Distributors and importers are reaching directly to clients through their social networks, surpassing retail vendors in a lot of cases. Being able to service directly final clients allows these to skip a retail step, therefore being more competitive in cost, in inventory management and owing your final clientele.

Being close to final clients; being able to set up a technology warehouse management system (WMS), and use your own generated data allows you to apply business intelligence to predict demand and react faster than any other competitor that has not updated their logistic platform.

Altriun is developing a residential urbanism in a 50-hectare lot of land uniquely located in the south east of Caracas, overlooking the city, cooler climate and close to the commercial area of Caracas. This urbanism can fit up to only 100 luxury houses in parcels of different sizes but all of them larger in size than other urbanisms developed in Caracas in the past.

The first phase Development started in October 2024 and is expected to be finished by January 2027.

Altrin has identifies a niche in the residential sub sector has not been served, and that is rental housing for temporary foreign executives in Caracas.

A residential building designed, built and equipped with amenities for lease to corporate companies operating in Venezuela, is a niche property type that does not exist and will be become a necessity in the near future. Altriun has the capacity and owns land adequately located to satisfy that objective.

Residences for Senior Citizens

Venezuela population has reached 28 million in 2023 and has significantly grow older. More so due to the impact of 7 million migrants in the last 8 years, which are mostly young families.

Residences for Senior citizens have not been developed systematically. Elder people usually lives with their sons and family. Nevertheless there is a need for residences designed for elders with facilities and amenities specially catered to them.

Altriun Capital has designed and owns the land ideal for these residencies. The project is conceived to be of rental to clients and to be developed in phases.
