Residences for Senior Citizens

Venezuela’s population has grown older, partly due to the impact of 7 million migrants in the last 8 years.

While many seniors live with family, there’s a growing need for purpose-built residences catering specifically to their needs. Our phased rental project aims to provide comfort, amenities, and a sense of community for our elders.
