Urban Developments

Urban Development Hacienda El Encantado, was a development of 140 hectares of land located in Caracas. Altriun Management co-invested and lead a group of investor in acquiring initially 130 has of land.

Development included zoning, and distributing lots for residential, commercial, roads, parks, etc. Earth works and services were built resulting in parcels of land and joint developments with other major residential developers to build 5,000 + apartments.

All financial investors in this development had a payback of their investment in less than 24 month; and received further dividends in the months to follow.
