Altriun acquired and managed a 40,000 sqm disorganized warehouse development that was leased to third parties; negotiated with the lessees and sold the buildings to them at a significant premium. With the revenues from the sale, investors recovered 100% of their investment within a year. And kept receiving more that the expected yield over the following 20 months.
Altriun’s management also developed further 30,000 sqm of warehouses in the same sector, also sold to different buyers.
